Internship Position: Marketing & Customer Support Associate
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to customers via telephone to communicate relevant information about offers and campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Informing customers about promotional offers and campaigns, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged with the brand.
- Issue Resolution: Assisting customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities: Actively participating in below-the-line marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Face-to-Face Interaction: Engaging directly with customers in specified areas to promote Khalti's services and offerings, fostering strong relationships and brand loyalty.
