1. Using USSD Code:

1. Get Your Security Code:
   • First, ensure you have your security code. If you’ve saved it somewhere, great! If not, send a message with the text “scode” to 1415 to receive your security code via SMS.
2. Dial the USSD Code:
   • Dial *422*securityCode*recipientNumber*amount#.
     • Replace securityCode with your actual security code.
     • Replace recipientNumber with the mobile number you want to transfer balance to.
     • Replace amount with the desired amount in Nepalese rupees (Rs).
3. Confirm the Transaction:
   • Confirm the balance transfer by entering your security PIN when prompted.

2. Using the NTC Mobile App:

1. Open the NTC App:
   • Launch the NTC mobile app on your smartphone.
2. Transfer Balance:
   • Look for the red button labeled “Transfer Balance.”
   • Enter the recipient’s prepaid NTC mobile number.
   • Specify the amount you want to transfer.
   • Click “OK.”
3. Validate with OTP:
   • An OTP (one-time password) will be requested and sent to your number.
   • Validate the OTP to complete the transfer.

• There is no service charge for balance transfers within NTC.
